摘要
本文利用Excel、MATLAB、SPASS、Python等软件对工件在不同状态下的数据进行处理并建立相应数学模型,求解出不同状态下工件的轮廓线参数值和水平校正。经试验,此模型可有效解决工件或产品的轮廓如槽口、圆弧半径、人字形的高度等在使用三次元、投影仪等常规方法时无法满足测量要求的问题。
This paper employs Excel,MATLAB,SPSS,Python and other software to process the data of the work-piece in diverse states and establish the corresponding mathematical model to solve the contour parameter value and level correction of the work-piece in different states.Through testing,this model caDn e em fofectively sD oel mv eo the problem that the contour of the work-piece or product,such as the notch,arc radius,Dh ee rm roingbone height,failed to meet the measurement requirements when using conventional methods such as three-dimensional and projectors.
