本文总结了中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院(下文简称"广州健康院")干细胞技术创新发展的主要特征,进而从政策支持和市场需求两个方面分析了影响广州健康院干细胞技术创新发展的外部因素,从创新文化、人才队伍建设与激励、成果转化、协同创新等方面分析了影响广州健康院干细胞技术创新发展的内部因素,并提出了促进广州健康院干细胞技术创新发展的对策建议。

This article discusses the main characteristics of the innovation and development of stem cell technology at the Guangzhou Institute of Bio-medicine and Health of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(hereinafter referred to as‘Guangzhou Institute of Health’),and summarizes the external factors that influence the stem cell technology innovation of the institute from the aspects of policy support and market demand and analyzed the internal factors from the aspects of innovation culture,talent team building and incentives,achievement transformation,collaborative innovation,and put forward suggestions for improvement.
