产教融合视角下高校应用型人才培养保障机制建立

The Establishment of a Guarantee Mechanism for the Cultivation of Application-oriented Talents in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education

本文以校企合作、产教融合为出发点,就如何实现校企双向合作,培养适应当今社会发展的创新能力与实践能力兼具的人才进行深入探讨,并针对改革过程中存在的校企合作动力不足、经费有限、协调机制不完善等问题,提出了加快建构校企合作长效机制、建立多元经费保障机制、建设政府主导协调机制,形成完备的应用型人才培养保障体系的针对性建议。

This article takes the school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education as the starting point,and conducts an in-depth discussion on how to realize the two-way cooperation between schools and enterprises,and cultivate talents with both innovative and practical abilities that adapt to the development of today’s society.Aiming at the problems such as insufficient motivation for cooperation,limited funds,imperfect coordination mechanism,targeted suggestions are put forward to accelerate the establishment of a long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,a diversified funding guarantee mechanism,a government-led coordination mechanism,and form a complete application-oriented talent training guarantee syste.
