产教融合背景下的电子商务专业群人才培养体系构建

The Construction of the Talent Training System for the E-commerce Professional Group under the Background of the Integration of Production and Education

针对单一专业不能有效满足产业对复合型技术技能人才的需求、不能有效实现专业资源整合共享等问题,本文以兰州石化职业技术学院为例,重点就如何通过建立电子商务专业群以适应行业发展的需求、大力培养技术转化紧缺型人才等内容提出了具体思路。

Aiming at the problems that a single major cannot meet the industry’s needs for compound technical talents and cannot effectively realize the integration and sharing of professional resources,this article takes Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology as an example,specific ideas are proposed in terms of how to establish an e-commerce professional group to adapt to the industry’s demands and vigorously cultivating talents who are in short supply for technological transformation.
