产教融合视角下医学技术类专业协同育人模式创新

Innovation of Collaborative Education Model for Medical Technology Major from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

在当前产教融合发展视角下,为了向社会输送更多应用型人才,各高校高度重视校企协同育人的教学模式创新应用。本文通过分析当前医学技术类专业产教融合人才培养模式应用障碍的分析,从培养目标、课程体系、教学过程、师资培养、教学评价等方面提出了改革产教融合协同育人新模式的具体思路。

Under the current perspective of the integration of production and education,in order to deliver more application-oriented talents to the society,colleges and universities attach great importance to the innovative application of the teaching model of school-enterprise collaborative education.This paper analyzes the barriers in the application of the current medical technology professional integration of production and education talents training model,and puts forward specific ideas for reforming the new model and collaborative education from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,teaching process,teacher training,and teaching evaluation.
