在新的发展背景下,传统的涉外普通民事诉讼程序规定已经不能满足知识产权的程序性法律保护,知识产权领域迫切需要国际使用与合作。本文通过研究认为:在《海牙公约》谈判过程中引发的知识产权问题对我国能产生重大影响。举行判决项目外交会议标志着海牙判决公约谈判的最终完成,即对公约中知识产权的全面审议,对于增进对我国跨国公司的承认和执行具有重要意义。

Under the new development background,the traditional foreign-related general civil procedure regulations can no longer meet the procedural legal protection of intellectual property rights.The field of intellectual property rights urgently needs international use and cooperation.Through research,this article believes that the intellectual property issues arose during the negotiation of the"Hague Convention"can have a significant impact on China.The holding of the Diplomatic Conference on Judgment Projects marks the final completion of the negotiation of the Hague Judgment Convention,that is,a comprehensive review of the intellectual property rights in the Convention,which is of great significance to the promotion of the recognition and enforcement of multi-national companies in China.
