巴雷托方法分析2010-2019年四川省免疫规划接种不合格及未接种原因

Unqualified Reasons and Unvaccinated Reasons of the Expanded Program on Immunization in Sichuan Province From 2010 to 2019 by Baretto Method

目的分析2010-2019年四川省免疫规划疫苗接种率抽样调查中疫苗接种的不合格原因及未接种原因构成情况,为提高疫苗接种率及有效性提供依据。方法运用巴雷托分析法(ABC分类法)分析四川省2010-2019年免疫规划接种率抽样调查基础免疫资料,分别提取其主要影响因素(A类)。数据利用Excel 2016软件录入,使用Graph Pad Prism v9.1软件绘图,累计百分比在0%~80%以内的定位为主要影响因素。结果四川省2010-2019年接种率抽样调查中共调查基础免疫996307人次,不合格接种26043人次,占调查总剂次的2.61%,主要影响因素(A类)为超期接种和其它原因,累计百分比分别为56.46%和79.11%;未接种10939人次,占调查总剂次的1.10%,主要影响因素(A类)为其他原因、推迟到下次接种、儿童患病未去接种和流动人口,累计百分比分别为34.41%、51.04%、67.64和76.10%。结论2010-2019年四川省接种率调查中不合格及未接种主要原因是疫苗短缺、通知不及时;接种证查验工作不到位;"疫苗犹豫"等原因,建议针对不同问题提出了相关应对策略,提高疫苗接种的有效性和规范化。

Objective To analyze the composition of unqualified reasons and unvaccinated reasons of Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI)vaccines through sampling surveys in Sichuan Province from 2010 to 2019 so as to provide the basis for improving the vaccination rate effectiveness.Methods Baretto method(ABC classification method)was used to analyze the data from the sampling survey of basic immunization of the in Sichuan Province from 2010 to 2019.Main influencing factors(Class A)were extracted.Data was input by Excel 2016 software,and GraphPad Prism V9.1 software was used for plotting.The accumulative percentage within 0-80%was the main influencing factor.Results A total of 996307 person-times were investigated in basic immunization of immunization coverage study in Sichuan province from 2010 to 2019.Immunization of 26043 cases was vaccination failure,accounting for 2.61%of the total.The main influencing factors(Class A)is overdue inoculation and others reasons.,The accumulative percentage were 56.46%and 79.11%,respectively;Immunization of 10939 cases was unvaccinated,accounting for 1.10%of the total.The main influencing factors(Class A)is others reasons,delayed inoculation,sick children are not in inoculated and floating population,The accumulative percentage were 34.41%,51.04%,67.64 and 76.10%,respectively.Conclusion Vaccination failure and unvaccinated reasons have serious shortage of vaccine.,no timely notification inoculation,inadequate implementation of immunization certificate examination,vaccine hesitancy etc.We suggested to aim at different problems put forward relevant strategies,and has improved the validity and standardization of vaccination.
