2020年度潍坊市奎文区小学生视力及屈光状态现状分析

Analysis of Vision and Refractive Status of Primary School Students in Kuiwen District From Weifang City 2020

目的分析潍坊市奎文区4所学校小学生视力和屈光状态,为学生近视防控工作提供数据依据。方法2020年对潍坊市奎文区4所小学共2133名学生进行视力表和非散瞳计算机验光检查。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行χ^(2)检验、χ^(2)趋势检验,Fisher确切概率法和方差分析,以P<0.01为差异有统计学意义。结果2020年潍坊市奎文区4所小学共2133名学生视力不良总检出率为42.8%。非散瞳验光结果显示,小学生近视检出率为27.93%,总体屈光度平均值为(-0.22±1.49)D。等效球镜从一年级到六年级由正变负,负值绝对值逐渐变大。结论二年级学生远视的屈光储备耗竭,屈光度成为负值,提示应在小学阶段及时采取针对性干预措施,进行综合防治。

Objective To analyze the refractive status of all students in four schools in Kuiwen district of Weifang city,and to provide data for myopia prevention and control in the future.Methods A total of 2133 students from 4 primary schools in Kuiwen district of Weifang city were examined for visual acuity and on-mydriatic automatic optometry.Examinations of visual acuity were conducted on the selected students.SPSS 22.0 software was used for chi-square test,chisquare trend test,Fisher exact probability method and analysis of variance.P<0.01 was considered statistically significant.Results The total detection rate of poor eyesight was 42.8%in four schools.The results of non-dilated pupil optometry showed that the detection rate of myopia was27.93%,and the average total diopter was(-0.22±1.49)D.The equivalent mirrors change from positive to negative from grade one to grade six,and the negative values gradually increase.Conclusion For the second grade students,the diopter reserve of hyperopia was depleted and the diopter became negative.It is suggested that relevant departments should take targeted intervention measures in time in primary school.
