摘要
针对目前异步电机牵引及制动测试系统复杂、成本高、能耗大的特点,设计了一种通过两台异步电机能量互馈的方式实现牵引制动试验。可牵引及制动试验系统利用传感器等仪器仪表完成试验过程的数据采集,通过上位机、下位机组成的控制系统对试验过程进行控制,并通过液晶显示屏将试验曲线及数据实时动态显示,以便工作人员操作。结果表明:该系统虽然以小功率电机作为试验对象,但通过对变频器参数和模式的设定,可对不同类型的电机进行牵引、制动试验,具有良好的通用性,降低了企业对不同电机牵引、制动试验的成本。
According to the characteristics of the current AC motor traction and braking test systems that are complex,high cost,and large energy consumption,a traction braking test is realized through the mutual feedback of the energy of two AC motors.The traction and braking test systems use sensors and other instruments to complete the data collection of the test process.The test process is controlled through the control system composed of the upper computer and the lower computer.The test curve and data in real time are dynamically displayedthrough the LCD display screen for work Personnel operation.Although the system uses low-power motors as test objects,it can conduct traction and braking tests on different types of motors by setting the inverter parameters and modes,which has good versatility and reduces the cost of the traction and brake test.
