Textual Research on the Effect of the Raw Herb Silkworm Cocoon

通过对历代中医综合方书中与蚕茧相关的古籍文献进行了全面收集梳理,系统归纳了历代医家对蚕茧功效应用和配伍用法的经验认识,发现蚕茧在古代主要应用于血证、消渴、外科痈疮、痔疮痔漏、杀虫、妇科、骨伤、皲裂等病症,为今后蚕茧的药用研究提供参考方向。

The efficiency and medical uses of the raw herb,the silkworm cocoon,was summarized through systematic searching of a collection of ancient Chinese medical literature.It found that silkworm cocoons were mainly used for bleeding,diabetes,carbuncle,hemorrhoids,hemorrhoids,insecticides,bone injury and other disorders since antique.The findings of this review can provide reference for the future new drug development of silkworm cocoons.
