摘要
郑氏喉科治疗小儿腺样体肥大,源于临床实践、基于经典和流派理论,创新发微腺样体肥大的因机证治,注重兼症盗汗的治疗,特色鲜明,疗效确切。本文分析了小儿腺样体肥大和其常见兼症盗汗的关系,介绍了郑氏喉科治疗小儿腺样体肥大伴盗汗的学术特色,并附典型案例以佐证,以期对中医临床工作者治疗此类疾病有一定启悟。
Zheng’s laryngology in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children originated from clinical practice,based on classic and school theory,innovated the pathogenesis and treatment of micro adenoid hypertrophy,and paid attention to the treatment of concurrent night sweats,with distinct characteristics and definite curative effect.This paper analyzes the relationship between adenoid hypertrophy and night sweats in children,introduces the academic characteristics of Zheng’s laryngology in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy with night sweats in children,and attaches typical cases for evidence,so as to have some enlightenment for clinical workers of traditional Chinese medicine in treating such diseases.
