独活寄生汤加减联合中药封包治疗布氏杆菌病腰痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Duhuojii Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Encapsulation in the Treatment of Brucellosis with Low Back Pain

目的探讨独活寄生汤加减联合中药封包治疗布氏杆菌病腰痛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的布氏杆菌病腰痛患者67例,采用随机摸球法分为对照组(34例)和观察组(33例),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用独活寄生汤加减联合中药封包治疗,对比2组临床疗效、中医证候症状积分及视觉模拟评分。结果观察组总有效率(93.93%)与对照组(70.59%)比较显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗2周后观察组中医证候症状积分及VAS评分与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减联合中药封包能够提高布氏杆菌病腰痛患者治疗效果,缓解患者疼痛。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in the treatment of brucellosis low back pain.Methods A total of 67 patients with brucellosis and low back pain admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=34)and an observation group(n=33)by random touch of the ball.The control group received conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group used Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and visual analog scores was compared between the two groups for analysis and comparison.Results The total effective rate(93.93%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.59%)(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with brucellosis and relieve pain.
