自拟乳腺癌一号方治疗三阴乳腺癌术后合并化疗后患者临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Breast Cancer No.1 Prescription on Postoperative Patients with Triple Negative Breast Cancer with Chemotherapy

目的观察乳腺癌一号方加减对三阴乳腺癌患者术后化疗后免疫功能、肿瘤标志物及生活质量的影响。方法40例三阴乳腺癌改良根治术后并行6~8周期化疗的患者,均给予乳腺癌一号方加减,每日1剂,服药6个月。观察治疗后患者生活质量、症状改善情况,并比较治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平及调节性T细胞、细胞毒T细胞、抑制性T细胞和自然杀伤细胞水平变化。结果治疗后调节性T细胞和抑制性T细胞均明显减少,而细胞毒T细胞和自然杀伤细胞均明显增多(P<0.05);异常糖链糖蛋白较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05);癌胚抗原、糖类抗原153均明显减少(P<0.05);糖类抗原125、糖类抗原19-9未见明显减少(P>0.05);一般健康相关生活质量调查量表8个维度的评分均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌一号方加减可以增强三阴乳腺癌患者术后合并化疗后的免疫应答能力及减轻免疫抑制作用,降低部分肿瘤标志物数值,提高患者生活质量,缓解症状。

Objective To observe the effect of the modified breast cancer No.1 prescription on the immune function,tumor markers and quality of life in patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)after surgery combined with chemotherapy.Methods Forty patients with TNBC undergoing modified radical mastectomy with 6~8 cycles of chemotherapy were all given the breast cancer No.1 prescription,one dose per day for 6 months.The improvement of the patient’s quality of life and symptoms after treatment was observed,and the levels of tumor markers and the levels of regulatory T cells(Treg),cytotoxic T cells(Tc),suppressor T cells(Ts)and natural killer cells(NK)before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,both regulatory T cells(Treg)and suppressor T cells(TS)were significantly reduced,while cytotoxic T cells(Tc)and natural killer cells(NK)were significantly increased(P<0.05).Tumor Abnormal Protein(TAP)were significantly reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)are significantly reduced(P<0.05).Carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)are not significantly reduced(P>0.05).General health-related quality of life surveys The scores of the eight dimensions of the scale were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified breast cancer No.1 prescription can enhance the immune response ability of patients with TNBC combined with chemotherapy and reduce the immunosuppressive effect,improve the quality of life of patients and relieve symptoms.
