通窍活血汤联合灯盏花素治疗脑出血的临床研究

Clinical Study on Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction Combined with Breviscapine in the Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察通窍活血汤联合灯盏花素治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法将临床确诊为脑出血的患者70例随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用通窍活血汤,发病后第4天起静滴注射用灯盏花素。分别于治疗前和治疗后第7、14、21天观察血肿体积、水肿体积及神经功能缺损评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组为68.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组血肿体积、水肿体积、神经功能缺损评分变化均明显降低,临床疗效明显提高(P<0.05)。结论通窍活血汤联合灯盏花素治疗脑出血能显著改善患者的临床症状,促进血肿吸收及神经功能恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with breviscapine in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 70 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.Breviscapine for injection was dripped intravenously from the 4 th day after onset.The changes of hematoma volume,edema volume and neurological deficit score were observed before treatment and 7,14 and 21 days after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.7%and 68.6%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The hematoma volume,edema volume changes and nerve function defect score of the treatment group were significantly lower,and the clinical curative effect of the treatment group obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with breviscapine in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and promote the absorption of hematoma and the recovery of nerve function.
