葆宫止血颗粒联合益母草颗粒治疗药物流产后阴道出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Baogong Zhixue Granules Combined with Yimucao Granules in Treating Vaginal Bleeding after Medical Abortion

目的分析益母草颗粒用于药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法入组2019年2月—2020年2月收治的药物流产后阴道出血患者共68例,随机分组。对照组患者常规进行葆宫止血颗粒治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加益母草颗粒服用。比较2组产后阴道出血消失的时间、产后阴道总的出血量、月经恢复正常的时间、经期的时间、治疗效果、不良反应。结果观察组产后阴道出血消失的时间、产后阴道总的出血量、月经恢复正常的时间、经期的时间、治疗效果均优于对照组,P<0.05。2组的不良反应比较则不存在明显差异,P>0.05。结论葆宫止血颗粒联合益母草颗粒用于药物流产后阴道出血的疗效确切,可有效促进月经恢复正常,并减少阴道出血,无不良反应,安全性高,值得在临床进行推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yimucao granules in treating vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods A total of68 patients with vaginal bleeding after medical abortion from February 2019 to February 2020 were enrolled in this hospital.The patients in the control group received routine treatment with Baogong Zhixue granules,and the observation group was given Yimucao granules on the basis of the control group.The time for the disappearance of postpartum vaginal bleeding,the total amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding,and the time for menstruation to return to normal,the time for menstruation,the treatment effect,and adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The time of disappearance of postpartum vaginal bleeding,the total amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding,the time to normal menstruation,the time of menstruation,and the treatment effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Baogong Zhixue granules combined with Yimucao granules is effective for vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.It can effectively promote menstrual recovery and reduce vaginal bleeding.It has no adverse reactions and high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
