摘要
将柚子籽油制备成微胶囊,研究其对中长跑运动员无氧阈及运动成绩的影响。选择40名运动员作为实验对象,其中男女各20名,随机分为实验组和对照组,进行为期1个月的实验。结果表明:运动后实验组与对照组相比MDA水平明显降低(P<0.05),运动后实验组与对照组相比SOD水平明显升高(P<0.05),运动后实验组与对照组相比BLA水平明显降低(P<0.05)。实验组运动员服用柚子籽油微胶囊相比与对照组无氧阈值增加,可以更好地适应高强度的无氧运动,进而提高运动员成绩。此外,实验过程中没有任何不良的反应出现。因此,柚子籽油对运动员的无氧阀以及运动成绩的提高是有帮助的。
The effects of pomelo seed oil microcapsules on anaerobic threshold and performance of middle and long distance runners were studied.40 athletes were selected as the experimental objects,including 20 men and 20 women.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group for one month.The results showed that:after exercise,the MDA level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the SOD level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the level of BLA in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).And the experimental group athletes take grapefruit seed oil microcapsules compared with the control group anaerobic threshold increased,so that athletes can better adapt to high intensity anaerobic exercise,and thus improve the performance of athletes.In addition,no adverse reactions occurred during the experiment.Therefore,grapefruit seed oil is helpful for athletes to improve their anaerobic valve and performance.
