依托测试科学中心的食品专业大型仪器设备共享管理实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Sharing Management of Large-scale Instruments and Equipment in Food Specialty Relying on the Test Science Center

高等学校大型仪器设备在教学科研活动中发挥着重要作用,但利用率和共享水平不高也是一种普遍现象,只有把大型仪器设备面向全社会开放才能更好的为高校科技创新服务、为社会服务。本文通过介绍食品测试科学实验分中心的建设现状,并分别从运行模式、食品专业人才培养、校内及社会服务、仪器设备运行及维护等方面积极探索了大型仪器设备的开放共享机制,并取得了显著建设成效。

Large-scale instruments and equipment play an important role in teaching and scientific research activities in colleges and universities,however,the low utilization rate and sharing level is also a common phenomenon.Only by opening large-scale instruments and equipment to the whole society can they better serve the scientific and technological innovation of universities as well as the society.This article introduces the current situation of the construction of the food testing scientific experiment sub-center,and then actively explores the sharing mechanism of large-scale equipment and equipment from the aspects of operation mode,food professional training,school and social services,operation and maintenance of equipment and equipment.Thus,we achieved remarkable construction results.
