摘要
研究从某典型服务业企业的平台创新事件入手,纵向探索了平台创新的驱动因素与实现路径。研究发现:技术能力、企业家能力、市场需求和经营绩效是服务业平台创新的主要驱动因素,服务业平台创新呈现战略导向、生态协同、客户导向、全面开放、市场破坏及网络效应六大特征。案例分析结果还显示,服务业平台创新是从效率型向新颖型转变的过程,新颖型平台创新的效果远大于效率型平台创新。研究结论为服务业企业开展平台创新实践提供了理论参考和借鉴意义。
The service industry is an important industry in the national economy,and the national development and reform commission has clearly encouraged service industry enterprises to carry out platform innovation.However,the academic and business circles do not pay much attention to the basic theoretical framework of platform innovation and how to realize platform innovation in service industry.Based on the platform innovation event of a typical service enterprise,this paper explores and summarizes the above problems longitudinally.It is found that technical ability,entrepreneurial ability,market demand and business performance is the main driving factors of service platform innovation.The service platform innovation is characterized by strategic orientation,ecological collaboration,customer orientation,comprehensive opening up,market destruction and network effect.The results of the case analysis also show that the service platform innovation is a process from efficiency to novelty,and the effect of novelty platform innovation is far greater than that of efficiency platform innovation.The research conclusion provides reference significance for service industry enterprises to carry out platform innovation practice.
