金湾闸液压启闭机回油管路真空破坏阀增设技术路线和措施探讨 被引量:1

摘要 液压启闭机在水闸工程中应用较为普遍。淮河入江水道金湾闸检修人员经常发现在输油系统回油管路的阀组接头、三通等处出现渗漏油,拆开回油管路时,管内存在大量积油外溢现象,造成管路检修维护困难。文章针对上述问题,分析了问题危害和成因,最终确定了“在油箱顶部液压系统回油母管上增设真空破坏阀,阻断虹吸现象产生”技术路线和实施方案,有效地解决了这一问题。 Hydraulic hoist is widely used in sluice projects.The maintainer of Huaihe River Estuary Water Channel Jinwan Sluice often find oil leakage in the valve block connector and tee of the oil transmission system oil return pipelines,etc.There is a large amount of oil spillage phenomenon in the pipeline when the oil return pipeline is disassembled,thereby causing difficulties in pipeline maintenance.The hazards and causes of the problems are analyzed in view of the above problems in the paper.The following technical route and implementation plan are finally determined,namely“a vacuum breaker valve is added on the oil return master pipe of the hydraulic system at the top of the oil tank to prevent the siphon phenomenon”,thereby effectively solving the problem.
