柴河水库上游确权划界地形测绘方法阐述及成果分析

Exposition and Result Analysis of Topographic Surveying and Mapping Method of Authentic right Demarcation on Upper Reaches of Chaihe Reservoir

柴河水库上游一直未能确权划界,因政策、水源保护、企业发展要求,迫切需要开展水库土地测绘、确权划界工作。文章针对水库确权划界所需资料收集、目标及任务设定、控制点测定与校验、航拍地形测绘、地物实测、高程线精测、成果分析等全过程进行阐述,供其他水库确权划界、地形测绘参考借鉴。

Authentic right demarcation has not be realized on the upper reaches of Chaihe Reservoir.It is urgent to carry out the reservoir topographic mapping and authentic right demarcation because of the policy,water resource protection and enterprise development requirements.The whole process of data collection,objective and task setting,control point determination and verification,aerial topographic surveying and mapping,ground object actual measurement,elevation line accurate measurement,result analysis and so on are described aiming at reservoir authentic right demarcation in the paper,which can be used as a reference for authentic right demarcation and topographic surveying and mapping in other reservoirs.
