摘要
某600MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉,在低氮改造进行燃烧器更换后出现再热器系统温升增大、需投入再热器减温水喷水减温的问题。为了优化燃烧器性能,在兼顾NOx排放的同时尽可能降低再热器系统温升,通过燃烧调整试验确定了燃烧器最佳的拉杆设置。另外也给出了其它运行调整建议。
There was a 600 MW supercritical opposed firing boiler.The heat absorption of the reheater system increased,and the reheater desuperheating water system needed to be used to reduce the reheat temperature after the burner replacement in the low-nitrogen retrofit.In order to optimize burner performance to decrease the heat absorption of the reheater system as much as possible while considering NOx emissions,the optimal tie rod setting of burner was determined by combustion adjustment test.In addition,other operation adjustment suggestions were given.
