摘要
热解+高温焚烧是处置医疗废弃物更为合理的手段,其可以有效降低二噁英及氮氧化物的生成。通过试验研究初步掌握了医疗废弃物在热解炉内燃尽时间、热解温度、风量及压力随时间的变化规律。本文提出的一体化移动式医疗废弃物焚烧处置措施可以将焚烧炉、热解炉及烟气脱硫、脱二噁英、脱硝及除尘设备、柴油机和空气压缩机等所有辅助设备集成到集装箱内,并装载到货车上,可实现医疗废弃物就地处置。
The combination of pyrolysis and high temperature incineration is a more reasonable way to dispose medical waste,which can effectively reduce the generation of dioxins and nitrogen oxides.Through experimental research,the variation rules of medical waste burnout time,pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis air volume and pressure with time were preliminarily mastered in the pyrolyzing furnace.In this paper,integrated mobile medical waste incineration disposal measures are proposed.All auxiliary equipment,such as incinerators,pyrolysis furnaces,flue gas desulfurization,dioxin detoxification,denitrification and dust removal equipment,diesel engines and air compressors,can be integrated into the container and loaded on the arrival truck,so as to realize the on-site disposal of medical waste.
