摘要
预组装是保证水冷壁管屏整体外形尺寸的重要手段,现有生产条件下,管屏预组装只能通过吊车辅助人工摆放、手工测量来进行。由于场地、测量工具等因素受限,预组装的效率低、可靠程度差。因此,有必要研究一种智能化的预组装方式。本文通过分析水冷壁产品特点,筛选扫描设备并进行试验研究,最终形成了满足水冷壁产品特点的三维扫描方案。
Pre-organization is the important method to ensure the overall size of the water wall tube panels,under the production conditions,pre-organization can only be carried out by manual placement and manual measurement.Due to the limited factors such as site,measurement tools,efficiency and reliability of pre-organization is low.So it is necessary to research an intelligent pre-organization method.By analysising the chatacteristics of water wall products,choosing equipment and conducting experimental research,this paper forms a three-dimensional scanning scheme to meet the production needs.
