他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的研究进展

Research progress of statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia

高脂血症是指脂肪代谢或运转异常使血液中的血脂含量超过正常值,表现为胆固醇和(或)三酰甘油过高,是一种发病率较高的疾病。高脂血症是导致心脑血管疾病的主要因素,该疾病可加速全身动脉粥样硬化,对人体的损害是进行性和全身性的。因而需要给予高脂血症患者有效的降血脂治疗。临床对于高脂血症的治疗主要是药物治疗,包括他汀类、贝特类、烟酸及其衍生物、树脂类等。相关研究发现他汀类药物能够帮助患者有效降低血脂水平,为患者自身疾病控制和改善奠定了基础。并且他汀类药物在高脂血症患者治疗中的安全性较高,患者出现并发症的概率较低。鉴于此,本文就他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为他汀类药物在高脂血症患者治疗中的应用提供参考方案。

Hyperlipidemia refers to abnormal fat metabolism or transport that results in a higher blood lipid level than normal.It is a disease characterized by high cholesterol and/or triacylg-lycerol with high incidence rate.Hyperlipidemia is the main factor leading to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which can accelerate systemic atherosclerosis,and the damage to human body is progressive and systemic.Therefore,it is necessary to give effective lipid-lowering treatment to patients with hyperlipidemia.Clinical treatment for hyperlipidemia is mainly drug therapy,including statins,Bates,nicotinic acid and its derivatives,resins and so on.Related studies have found that statins can help patients effectively reduce blood lipid levels,and lay the foundation for disease control and improvement.And statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients has higher safety and lower probability of complications.In view of this,this paper reviews the research progress of statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,aiming at providing a reference scheme for the application of statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients.
