氟喹诺酮类药物在结核病治疗中的研究进展

氟喹诺酮类药物治疗结核病是临床上比较常用的一种方法,氟喹诺酮类药物具有广泛的抗菌谱,还有一定的杀菌作用。结核病属于一种慢性传染性疾病,主要的致病菌是结核杆菌,特别容易侵袭肺部,导致肺结核。目前,有越来越多的国内研究结果显示,氟喹诺酮类药物在肺结核杆菌中的应用有着较好的灭菌效果。氟喹诺酮类抗生素能够有效治疗结核病,属于一种二线类的药物,在肺结核的临床治疗中应用越来越广泛,与此同时也出现了不合理用药的情况,对整体的治疗效果造成了一定的不良影响。目前氟喹诺酮类药物的种类相对比较多,不同类型的氟喹诺酮类药物有着不同的抗菌谱,也有着不同的抗菌效果。因此,在应用氟喹诺酮类药物的时候,需要进行合理的选择,更好地提升结核病的治疗效果。基于此,本文综述了氟喹诺酮类药物在结核病治疗中的研究进展,旨在为结核病的临床治疗提供帮助。

Fluoroquinolones are commonly used in the treatment of tuberculosis.Fluoroquinolones have broad antimicrobial spectrum and certain bactericidal effects.Tuberculosis is a chronic and contagious disease.The main pathogen is Mycobacterium tuberculosis,which is very easy to invade the lungs and cause tuberculosis.At present,more and more domestic research results show that fluoroquinolones have better sterilization effect in the application of tuberculosis.Fluoroquinolones antibiotics are effective in the treatment of tuberculosis.They belong to a second-class drug.They are widely used in the clinical treatment of tuberculosis.At the same time,irrational drug use has also appeared,which has a certain adverse effect on the overall treatment effect.At present,there are many kinds of fluoroquinolones.Different types of fluoroquinolones have different antibacterial spectrum and different antibacterial effect.Therefore,in the application of fluoroquinolones,reasonable selection is needed to better enhance the therapeutic effect of tuberculosis.Based on this,the research progress of fluoroquinolones in the treatment of tuberculosis is reviewed,aiming at providing help for the clinical treatment of tuberculosis.
