社区居民丙型肝炎防治知识知晓现状和影响因素调查

Investigation on the Current Status of Awareness of Prevention and Treatment of Hepatitis C and Influencing Factors Among Residents

目的了解社区居民丙型病毒性肝炎防治知识知晓率水平及相关健康知识需求,分析其影响因素,为制定辖区丙型病毒性肝炎健康教育策略,提高健康教育针对性和有效性提供参考依据。方法2019年采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取成都天府新区籍田街道居民进行问卷调查,应用EpiData 3.1软件建立数据库,SPSS 23.0软件进行数据统计分析,Logistic回归模型分析相关影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷1460份,该地区居民丙肝防治知识条目回答正确率为60.2%;知晓率为13.4%。更高教育程度、获得更多次健康教育材料、从社区工作人员或医疗卫生机构处获得过丙肝知识材料等因素是促进提升丙肝知晓率的有利因素(P<0.05);知识获取来源单一,年龄、文化程度和职业不同的人群其知晓率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论该地区居民丙肝知识的知晓程度总体偏低,亟须加强丙肝防治健康宣传教育,特别是老年人、低学历和农民等重点人群。

Objective To investigate the awareness of the prevention and treatment of hepatitis C(HCV)and the demand of related health knowledge for residents,to provide the reference for the formulation of health education publicity strategies and the improvement of pertinence and effectiveness of health education by analyze the influencing factors.Methods In this survey,stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted,residents of Jitian street were selected for the questionnaire survey.Database was established by Epidata 3.1,SPSS 23.0 were used for the statistical analysis of data,relevant influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression model.Results Total of 1460 valid questionnaire were collected,correct answer rate was 60.2%,overall awareness rate were 13.4%.Higher education level,got more health education materials,acquired knowledge of Hepatitis C from community staff or health facility were the positive factors to promote the improvement of the awareness of HCV(P<0.05);There were significant differences in the awareness among people of single source for acquisition of knowledge,age,education level and different job(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness of HCV prevention knowledge among residents in this area is generally low.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of the prevention and treatment of HCV,especially for the key groups such as elderly,low education and famers.
