摘要
对6 x x x系铝合金的进展作了简要概述。6 xxx系铝合金属Al-Mg-Si系,组织比较简单,主要强化相为Mg2Si。2018年在美国铝业协会公司注册的706个变形铝合金中,6 x xx系铝合金126个,占17.85%,居第二位。但是6 xxx系铝合金半成品产量却居首位,据匡算,约占铝材总产量的30%以上。对加拿大铝业公司/力拓公司研发的高性能6360、高性能超流6063、高性能超流6060铝合金作了较多的叙述,介绍了其成分设计思路、生产工艺参数、性能与用途等。
The development of 6 X X X series A1 alloys is briefly discussed.6 X X x A1 alloy belongs to Al-Mg-Si series,with simple structure and Mg2Si as the main strengthening phase.Among the 706 wrought A1 alloys registered by the American Association in 2018,126 are 6 X X X A1 alloys,accounting for 17.85%and ranking second in the registration alloys.However,the output of semi-finished products of 6 X X X series A1 alloys ranks first,accounting for more than 30%of the total output of aluminum products as calculated roughly.The composition design,production process parameters,properties and applications are described for the high-performance 6360,high-performance superfluid 6063 and high-performance superfluid 6060 A1 alloys developed by rio Tinto Alcan.
