摘要
采用金相观察、SEM分析、力学性能测试等方法,研究了挤压工艺对7046铝合金型材显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着挤压温度和挤压速度的提高,合金的未溶相逐步溶入基体中,达到固溶强化的效果。但当挤压温度过高和挤压速度过低时,合金中的纤维组织发生静态回复再结晶,同时又析出稳定的第二相,经120℃24 h人工时效后,合金型材的强度降低,伸长率升高。7046铝合金型材的最佳挤压工艺为挤压温度500℃,挤压速度4 m/min。
The effect of the extrusion process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7046 aluminum alloy profiles was studied with the metallographic observation,SEM analysis,and mechanical properties testing.The results show that as the extrusion temperature and speed increase,the undissolved phase of the alloy gradually dissolves into the matrix to achieve the solution strengthening.However,when the extrusion temperature is too high and the extrusion speed is too low,the fiber structure in the alloy undergoes static recovery and recrystallization,and at the same time'a stable second phase is precipitated.After the artificial aging at 120 ℃ for 24 h,the strength of the alloy reduces and the elongation rate elevates.The best extrusion process for 7046 aluminum alloy profiles is at an extrusion temperature of 500℃ and a speed of 4 m/min.
