摘要
一种2A14铝合金筒形锻件在生产中发现筒壁取样位置常出现力学性能不合格现象,给产品质量和生产造成很多影响。通过模拟仿真的手段,对锻件结构和成形方法进行了优化设计,设计成无连皮的锻件结构,采用正挤模锻成形的工艺方法彻底解决了锻件局部取样力学性能不合格的问题。
The mechanical properties of 2#sampling position are often unqualified in the production of a kind of 2A14 A1 alloy tubular forging,severely affecting quality and production.The forging structure and forming method were optimized with simulation,and the forging without wad was designed.The forward-extrusion die foring process was used to completely solve the problem of unqualified mechanical properties of the forging specimens.
