Research advances on hand-foot-mouth disease caused by coxsackievirus A6

柯萨奇病毒A组6型(coxsackievirus A6,CA6)是引起疱疹性咽峡炎及手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)的主要病毒之一,临床症状包括广泛性皮疹、迟发性脱皮、脱甲症等。近年来,CA6感染已成为成人HFMD的主要原因。目前尚无有效治疗CA6感染的药物,但随着关注度的不断提高,相关流行病学和疫苗等方面的研究取得了一定的进展,这些成果将在HFMD的预防和控制中发挥重要作用。此文就CA6的病原学、分子流行病学、临床特征及疫苗相关的研究进行综述。

Coxsackievirus A6(CA6)is one of the main causes of herpangina and hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).The clinical symptoms include generalized rush,delayed desquamation,onychomadesis and so on.In recent years,CA6 has become the main cause of HFMD in adults.There is currently no effective treatment for CA6 infection.However,research in its epidemiology and vaccine has made certain progress with the increasing attention to CA6,which will play a key role in the prevention and control of CA6-related HFMD.This paper reviews the etiology,molecular epidemiology,clinical features and vaccine-related studies of CA6.
