摘要 针对一些工业运行过程受到的随机性负载扰动情况,研究并运用了负载扰动R指标进行系统性能评价及控制器参数优化,提高控制系统性能。首先,给出R指标的定义与具体的计算原理,利用MATLAB/Simulink确定R指标的取值范围并给出控制器参数优化建议表。然后,与其他常用性能评价指标进行对比分析,对比结果说明R指标可以正确衡量系统性能。最后,基于Gen System平台进行R指标在线计算并给出回路优化建议。R指标在应用时无须知道回路的模型信息,仅通过在线采集、存储和分析控制回路的运行数据,就可以实时地对控制回路的性能进行监测和评价,从而指导和帮助操作人员维护系统的正常运行。 In view of the random load disturbance in some industrial operation processes,the R index of load disturbance is studied and used to evaluate the system performance and optimize the controller parameters to improve the performance of the control system.First of all,the definition of R index and the specific calculation principle are given.The value range of the R index is determined by using MATLAB/Simulink and the optimization suggestion table of controller parameter is given.Then,the R index is compared and analyzed with other commonly used performance evaluation indicators.The comparison results show that the R index can correctly measure system performance.Finally,based on the GenSystem platform,the online calculation of the R index is performed and the suggestions for loop optimization are given.The application of the R index does not need the model information of the loop.By collecting,storing and analyzing the operation data of the control loop online,the performance of the control loop can be monitored and evaluated in real time,so as to guide and help operators to maintain the normal operation of the system.
