雄安新区已步入大规模建设与承接非首都功能同步进行的阶段,应以承接北京非首都功能疏解为抓手,加速形成城市创新发展的核心功能。一方面,加快建成与京津相应的域内“第三极”,在京津冀协同发展中发挥承上启下的辐射带动和纽带节点作用,支撑三省市的协调发展、协同创新和共同富裕;另一方面,加快打造成为高质量发展的全国样板,努力建设成为人类发展史上的典范城市,探索城市高质量发展的“中国方案”。

Xiong'an New District has entered a stage where large-scale construction and undertaking of non-capital functions are carried out simultaneously.the undertaking of Beijing's non-capital functions should be taken as the starting point to accelerate the formation of the core function of urban innovation and development.On the one hand,speed up the establishment of the"third pole"in the region corresponding to Beijing-Tianjin,play a role in the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as a radiating drive and link node,and support the coordinated development,collaborative innovation,and common prosperity of the three provinces and cities;on the other hand,in terms of speeding up the building of a national model for high-quality development,striving to become a model city in the history of human development,and exploring the"Chinese plan"for high-quality urban development.
