上海市某区临床医师法律素养现状与对策

Current Situation of Legal Literacy of Clinicians in a District of Shanghai

目的了解上海市某区综合性医院临床医师法律素养现状及其影响因素,提出针对性的对策,为医院采取措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法对上海市某区514名综合性医院的临床医师进行问卷调查。结果514名调查对象中,法律知识的总知晓率为55.97%,53.69%的人有一定的法律意识,运用法律能力合格率为61.48%;年龄、职称、职务、学位、工作年限、工作单位培训频率、自身工作状态、工作环境法律氛围等因素对法律素养的影响有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论上海市某区综合性医院临床医师的法律素养有待进一步提高,如何提高临床医师法律素养,形成“尊医重卫”的良好社会风尚,值得进一步研究。

Objective To understand the current status of clinicians’ legal literacy and its influencing factors in a secondary-level general hospital in a district of Shanghai and put forward countermeasures to provide basis for hospitals to take targeted measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 514 clinicians in a district of Shanghai by convenience sampling. Results Among the 514 respondents, the total awareness rate of legal knowledge was 55.97%, 53.69% had certain legal awareness, and the qualified rate of legal ability was 61.48%. Age, professional title, position, degree, working years, training frequency, working status, working environment, legal atmosphere and legal literacy of clinicians, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The legal literacy of clinicians in a secondary-level general hospital in a district of Shanghai needs to be further improved. How to improve the legal literacy of clinicians, it is worthy of further study to form a good social custom of "respecting doctors and health".
