我国研究型医院建设思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Research-oriented Hospitals in China

结合医药卫生体制改革背景,提出当前我国研究型医院建设过程中存在的概念与建设路径不完善、公立医院改革和分级诊疗建设存在困难、大型综合医院盲目扩张、医务人员科研积极性不高、中医药相关科研不足和管理体系有待完善等问题。进一步提出完善顶层设计建设、明确医院职能定位、扩大研究型医院影响范围、合理分配医教研资源、加快医联(共)体建设、利用新技术+医疗、注重中医药研究和完善管理规则与制度等对策建议。

Combined with the background of medical and health system reform,it is pointed out that there are some problems in the construction of research-oriented hospitals in China,such as imperfect concept and con⁃struction path,difficulties in public hospital reform and graded diagnosis and treatment construction,blind expan⁃sion of large general hospitals,low scientific research enthusiasm of medical staff,lack of scientific research related to traditional Chinese medicine and management system to be improved.It further put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as perfecting the top-level design of construction,defining the orientation of hospital func⁃tions,expanding the scope of influence of research hospitals,reasonably allocating medical teaching and research resources,speeding up the construction of medical federation(communist),making use of new technology and medical treatment,paying attention to the research of traditional Chinese medicine and perfecting management rules and systems.
