Reform of Chinese Medicine Education of Medical Teaching Team

目的以岭南中医学教育标准为基础,分析推进临床医学改革的途径,提高临床医学教育水平。方法通过对岭南中医学教育标准及岭南文化的全面分析,提出岭南中医学教育标准下的临床医学教育改革存在的问题,从而结合岭南中医学教育标准,提出推进临床医学教育改革的途径。结果在对岭南中医学教学现状进行调查时,发现其主要存在办学内涵建设水平相对较低、缺乏国际交流与合作以及教学理念较为落后的主要问题。因此,应当通过提高办学内涵建设水平、加强国际交流与合作以及加强对教学理念的创新与改革等方法实现对临床医学教育的全面改革。结论在岭南中医学教育标准的的基础上,应当发挥出岭南文化的核心内涵,实现对现有临床医学教育模式的改革,提高岭南地区的医学教学水平。

Objective To analyze the ways to promote the reform of clinical medicine and to improve the educational level of clinical medicine based on Lingnan education standard of Chinese medicine.Methods Through the comprehensive analysis of Lingnan Chinese medicine education standard and Lingnan culture,this pa⁃per put forward the reform of clinical medicine education under Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine education standard,and put forward the way to promote the reform of clinical medicine education in combination with Lingnan Chinese medicine education standard.Results In the investigation of the present situation of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine teaching,it was found that the main content of the teaching of Lingnan was relatively low,inter⁃national communication and cooperation was lacking and the teaching philosophy was backward.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the comprehensive reform of clinical medical education by improving the level of connotation construction,strengthening international exchanges and cooperation and strengthening the innovation and reform of teaching ideas.Conclusion On the basis of the standard of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine education,we should exert the core connotation of Lingnan culture,realize the reform of the existing clinical medical education mode and improve the level of medical teaching in Lingnan area.
