MTB结合PBL、CBL在肿瘤学继续教育中的应用

Application of MTB Combined with PBL and CBL in Oncology Continuing Education under the Back⁃ground of Precision Therapy

临床肿瘤学作为新兴的综合性学科,发展迅速,目前已步入精准治疗时代,这对肿瘤学专科医师的综合素质提出更高的要求。肿瘤学继续教育应顺应未来发展方向,优化传统教学方法,建立具有精准化临床思维模式专业人才的储备。在教学中以肿瘤学专科医师为主体,结合肿瘤学继续教育现状,将基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)、基于案例学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法与MTB分子肿瘤专家委员会(Molecular Tumor board,MTB)模式有机结合,探讨培养规范诊疗基础上具有肿瘤前沿治疗理念、善于自主学习并解决临床问题的全面的高素质肿瘤学医学人才的教学模式。

As a new comprehensive discipline,clinical oncology has developed rapidly and has entered the era of precision treatment,which puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of oncology spe⁃cialists.In this case,oncology continuing education should conform to the future development direction,optimize traditional teaching methods,and establish a reserve of professionals with the accurate clinical thinking mode.Thus,in this study,by taking oncology specialists as the main body and considering the current situation of oncolo⁃gy continuing education,problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)teaching methods were organically combined with the MTB mode,and how to cultivate advanced cancer treatment ideas and improve the quality of life on the basis of standardized diagnosis and treatment was explored.Then,it is proved that it is a com⁃prehensive teaching mode of high-quality oncology medical talents who are good at autonomous learning and clinical problem solving.
