知、信、行模式在临床护士肠内营养护理培训中的应用

Application of Knowledge,Belief and Practice Mode in the Training of Enteral Nutrition for Clinical Nurses

目的探讨采用知信行模式在临床护士肠内营养护理培训中的应用效果。方法院内组建肠内营养护理培训小组,采用知信行模式对67名临床护士开展为期1年的肠内营养护理知识系列培训,比较培训前后小组护士对肠内营养理论知识、态度行为、健康宣教、科研开展以及临床工作中护士肠内营养规范执行率、患者肠内营养相关并发症发生率。结果培训后小组护士对肠内营养理论知识、态度行为、健康教育及科研开展成绩均显著高于培训前,临床护士肠内营养规范执行率及患者相关并发症发生率均显著降低(P均<0.01)。结论采用知信行模式培训可有效提高培训成效。

Objective To explore the actual training effect of knowledge, belief and practice mode training for nurses of enteral nutrition support. Methods A nursing training group for enteral nutrition support was set up in the hospital, and 67 enteral nutrition support nurses were trained in a series of enteral nutrition knowledge for one year by using knowledge, belief and practice training mode. Before and after the training, the group nurses’ theoretical knowledge, attitude and behavior, health education and scientific research and the implementation rate of nurses’ enteral nutrition standards in clinical work and the incidence of complications related to enteral nutrition were compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, attitude and behavior of enteral nutrition, health education and scientific research of group nurses after training were significantly higher than those before training. The implementation rate of nurses’ enteral nutrition norms and the incidence of patients’ enteral nutrition-related complications in clinical work were significantly lower than those before training(P<0.01). Conclusion The training of knowledge, belief and practice can effectively improve the effectiveness of training and the implementation of enteral nutrition standards by clinical nurses. In addition, it can significantly reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition-related complications in clinical patients.
