摘要
城市轨道交通应急信息联动是在线网的层面上,根据线网运营业务以及突发事件的相关性,通过先进的信息技术,将对事件处置和决策有重要意义的应急信息进行联动,形成最强大脑的智能决策信息中心,实现应急处置“看得见、听得到、调得动、联得通”的目标。通过对城市轨道交通线网应急信息联动内容、联动布局、联动优先级的研究,结合线网应急处置需求,提出应急信息联动机制;针对不同的联动内容,提出不同的应急联动策略;最后详述应急信息联动的技术实现方案。应急信息联动可实现应急信息的高度集成,从应急处置数字化向应急处置智能化发展迈进一步;通过具体项目实施,已极大地提高城市轨道交通线网运营的应急突发事件处置效率和应急处置自动化水平。
Based on the business operation,the correlations between emergencies of urban networks and advanced information technology,emergency information for event treatment,and decision-making are linked to form an intelligent decisionmaking information center for achieving the goal of“visible,audible,available,and connectible”emergency treatment.Research on the emergency information linkage content,linkage layout,and priority of linkage and emergency information linkage response mechanisms is conducted.Different emergency linkage strategies are found to respond to different linkage contents.Finally,the implementation of technical solutions to emergency information linkage are presented in detail.The emergency information linkage has considerably integrated emergency information and also advanced from digital to intelligent emergency response.Moreover,the level of automation for the emergency disposal and emergency response efficiency of urban rail transit network operations have considerably improved.
