摘要
以某市公办高职院校教师为调查对象,通过问卷调查访谈等方式,了解高职教师的成长需求,探寻以“人”的发展角度,将教师的成长需求与绩效考评结合起来,激发教师发展的内在驱动力,实现人才发展和优化配置。
Taking the teachers of public higher vocational colleges in a city as the survey objects,this paper tries to understand the growth needs of teachers by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and to find out how to combine the growth needs of teachers with the performance evaluation from the perspective of“Human”development,so as to stimulate the internal driving force of teacher development and to realize the development of talents and optimize the allocation.
