一种钛管换热器管内强化传热的方法及试验测试

摘要 钛是一种有良好的抗腐蚀能力的金属,但其热导率相对较差。同时,钛的机加工性很差,制作成传统的内螺纹、凹槽、锯齿等,所要求的条件和工艺水平也很苛刻,并且成本较高。通过试验研究,探索钛管换热器作为热泵的蒸发器情况下,采用内插弹簧丝对钛管换热器传热系数的改善效果。试验测试结果显示,采用弹簧丝内插物进行管内强化传热,对钛管换热器传热有明显改善。试验中样品最高可使传热系数提高68%-93%,说明该方法具有很好的实际应用价值。 Titanium is a kind of metal which has good corrosion resistance. However, the thermal conductivity of titanium is relatively poor;at the same time, the machinability of titanium is very poor, the production into the traditional internal thread, groove, sawtooth, the required conditions and technological level is also very harsh, and the cost is high.Through experimental research, this paper explores the titanium tube heat exchanger as the evaporator of the heat pump,using the inserted spring wire to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the titanium tube heat exchanger, through the experimental test, the heat transfer in the tube is enhanced by the spring wire inserts, which has obvious effect. The maximum heat transfer coefficient can be increased by 68%-93% for the sample in this experiment, which indicates that this method has great practical value.
