摘要
目的:探究有无加工(搓揉捶打)对藏药解吉嘎布中马钱苷酸含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:AT.Lichom C18液相分析色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液(9∶91),等度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:254 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:50μL。结果:实验结果显示,经加工(搓揉捶打)的解吉嘎布中马钱苷酸含量是未经加工的2倍。结论:植物藏药的采集加工方法独特,搓揉捶打的加工方法在藏药炮制过程中起到重要作用。
Objective:To study the contents of loganic acid by deferent processing method in Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk. Methods:The separation was performed on a WATERS Symmetry C18 column(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) by HPLC,with acetonitrilel-0.1% acetic acid solution(9 ∶91) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:The processed content is about twice that of the unprocessed. Conclusion:The collection and processing method of Tibetan medicine is very unique. This processing method plays an important role and is significant in the preparation of Tibetan medicine.
