蒙成药“那格布-9”的传统疗效及现代化研究概况

General situation of traditional curative effect and modern research of Mongolian patent medicine nagab-9

本文采用文献整理和归纳方法,梳理归纳了蒙医用蒙成药"那格布-9"主治功能、传统应用、组方中单味药的药理作用,为"那格布-9"研究开发提供参考。蒙医古籍记载的蒙成药"那格布-9"共有13种处方,目前应用最普遍的是记载于《蒙医金匮》的由麝香、阿魏、雄黄、牛黄、独头蒜、红花等药物组成的"那格布-9",传统疗效均为预防瘟疫、流感、白喉等。组方中的麝香、阿魏、雄黄、牛黄、独头蒜、红花等药物均有提高免疫力、抗病毒、抗菌等作用。古籍文献记载蒙成药"那格布-9"是具有200余年的历史,预防瘟疫疗效确切,具有开发研究前景的特色民族复方。

By using the method of literature review and induction, this paper summarized the main function, traditional application and pharmacological action of single herb in Mongolian medicine nageb-9, in order to provide reference for the research and development of "nageb-9". There are 13 kinds of prescriptions of Mongolian patent medicine "nagab-9" recorded in ancient Mongolian medical books. At present, the most commonly used one is "nagab-9", which is composed of musk, ferula, realgar, bezoar, Allium unicolor, safflower and other drugs recorded in Mongolian medicine golden chamber. Its traditional efficacy is to prevent plague, influenza, diphtheria, etc. Musk, ferula, realgar, bezoar, Allium sativum, safflower and other drugs in the formula have the effects of improving immunity, antiviral and antibacterial. Ancient literature records that Mongolian patent medicine nagbu-9 has a history of more than 200 years. It has exact curative effect on preventing plague and has bright prospects for development and research.
