穴位埋线治疗心脾两虚型失眠症35例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 35 Cases of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Method of Insomnia due to Heart and Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察穴位埋线法对心脾两虚型失眠症的干预作用。方法:选取心脾两虚型失眠症患者70例,分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗,1周埋线1次,连续治疗4周;对照组采用针刺穴位疗法,针刺穴位与治疗组相同,1周针刺3次,连续治疗4周;采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、中医证候量表进行同期的观察和对比。结果:治疗组能有效降低PSQI各项及总分(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后比较除睡眠效率外(P>0.05),均能有效降低余项及总分(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善患者的PSQI总分、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍的维持效果上优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均能有效改善患者的中医症状(P<0.05),但在症状改善上效果相当(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率和显效率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位埋线法在治疗心脾两虚型失眠症上优于针刺法。

Objective Observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding on insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen.Methods A collection of 70 patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency in our center were divided into treatment group and control group(35 cases each);The treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding once a week for 4 consecutive weeks;the control group was treated with acupuncture at the same points as the treatment group,acupuncture 3 times a week for 4 consecutive weeks;Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and TCM Syndrome Score were used for simultaneous observation.Results The treatment group can effectively reduce the score of PSQI and the project(P<0.01).In the control group before and after treatment,except for sleep efficiency(P>0.05),the remaining items and total score were effectively reduced(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patients total PSQI score,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction maintenance effect(P<0.05).Both groups can effectively improve the patients TCM symptoms(P<0.01),but the effect is equivalent in symptom improvement(P>0.05).The total effective rate and significant rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedding method is better than acupuncture method in treating insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen.
