湖底隧道主体结构防水准原型试验模型的设计与制作

摘要 以实际结构为基础,通过设计与制作相应的准原型试验模型,开展防水性能试验,可对多种防水材料和施工工艺进行比选,模拟分析其在受力和变形情况下的可靠性。准原型试验模型成品的质量,将直接影响防水性能的评价。论文通过对模型设计与制作工艺的研究,明确了主体结构外包防水、施工缝及变形缝防水的设置,建立了不同材料及工艺的施工流程及对比分段,为今后隧道建设及类似工程结构的防水性能研究工作提供了有益探索和启示。 Through design and manufacture of quasi-prototype test model on the basis of actual structure, waterproof performance test can be carried out, which will be used to compare and select various waterproof materials and construction techniques, simulate and analyse their reliability under stress and deformation conditions. The quality of quasi-prototype test model will directly affect the evaluation of waterproof performance. Through research of model design and production process, this paper has clarified the setting of exterior-covered waterproofing, construction joints and deformation joint, established construction process and comparison section of different materials and techniques, which provided useful exploration and enlightenment for future waterproof performance research work on tunnel construction and similar engineering structures.
