摘要
工业厂区不同于住宅小区或公共建筑,因其用地性质和工业生产需求的特殊性,一些常规的海绵城市措施不能满足工业厂区的使用及设计要求。论文以佛山市一工业厂区为例,通过详细分析工业厂区不同下垫面的性质,采用不同海绵城市措施相互配合,制订更切合实际的工业厂区海绵城市设计方案。设计既满足了工业生产的使用要求,也实现了雨水错峰排放,有效地降低了雨水管网排水压力,并且合理地利用了水资源,降低了工厂用水成本,对类似的海绵城市工业小区的设计具有借鉴意义。
Unlike residential areas or public buildings, industrial factories have particular land use character and industrial production need, which results in some conventional sponge city measures can not meet the use and design requirements of industrial plant. This paper takes an industrial plant in Foshan city as an example, through detailed analysis of the properties of different underlying surfaces in the industrial plant, different sponge city measures are adopted to cooperate with each other, and a more practical design scheme of sponge city in the industrial plant is formulated. The design by not only meeting the use requirements for industrial production, but also achieving the staggered discharge of rainwater, effectively relieves the drainage pressure of rainwater pipe network, achieves rational uses of water resources, and reduces water cost for factories, thus serving as reference for the design of similar industrial communities in sponge cities.
