In the operation of highway engineering, road network monitoring and emergency command are very important. They can ensure the safety and reliability of road network operation, shorten the time of emergency rescue, maximize the allocation of rescue materials, mobilize rescue forces as quickly as possible, release road traffic information in time, reduce the probability of traffic safety accidents, reduce economic losses and casualties, and ensure highway safety and smooth flow. Based on the connotation of road network monitoring and emergency command, this paper analyzes the information construction and management of road network monitoring and emergency command, in order to improve the ability of road emergency disposal and ensure the efficient operation of road network.
