材料配合比对机制砂混凝土强度影响的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 混凝土强度是混凝土的重要性能之一。论文就机制砂混凝土强度的若干影响因素展开研究,研究内容包括水泥、骨料、其他掺和料以及外加剂等配料的选配对混凝土强度的影响。为揭示相关因素对机制砂混凝土强度的影响规律,依托云南昭通市镇雄至赫章高速公路二标段高桥墩工程,考虑工程实际情况,采用当地岩石机制砂石料,设计了15组不同的混凝土配合比,展开了机制砂混凝土试块强度与机制砂级配、材料配合比的相关性试验,观测了机制砂混凝土试块强度随混凝土养护龄期的变化过程。通过试验,测定了不同龄期的混凝土试块强度与水灰比、砂率和粉煤灰掺量等材料配合比参数的关系,获得了这些材料配合比参数对机制砂混凝土强度的影响规律。 Concrete strength is one of the important properties of concrete. This paper studies several factors affecting the strength of machine-made sand concrete. The research content includes the influence of the selection of cement, aggregate, other admixtures and additives on the strength of concrete. In order to reveal the influence of relevant factors on the strength of machine-made sand concrete,based on the high bridge pier project of the second bid section of the Zhenxiong-Hezhang Expressway in Zhaotong City, Yunnan, 15 groups of concretes with different material mix ratios using machine-made sand and gravel materials made of local rock are designed. In the light of designed material mix ratios, orthogonal experiments on the correlation between the block strength of machine-made sand concrete and the material mix ratio are carried out, and the change process of the block strength of the machine-made sand concrete with the curing age of the concrete is observed. Through experiments, the relationships between the strength of concrete specimens of different ages and the material mix parameters such as water-cement ratio, sand ratio and fly ash content are determined, and the influence law of these material mix parameters on the strength of machine-made sand concrete is obtained.
