摘要
合龙段施工是变截面波形钢腹板连续箱梁施工过程的关键环节之一,对成桥后梁体的内力分配以及线形状态有决定性作用。论文以某南水北调特大桥施工为工程背景,介绍了合龙方案、控制性参数的计算方法和施工要点等内容,同时结合现场测量监控结果,对方案的合理性和适用性进行了验证,为此类桥梁的设计和施工提供参考。
The construction of closure section is one of the key links in the construction process of continuous box girder with corrugated steel webs with variable section, it plays a decisive role in the internal force distribution and linear state of the girder after completion. This paper takes the construction of a large bridge of south-to-north Water Diversion project as the engineering background, introduces the closure scheme,the calculation method of control parameters and the key points of construction, at the same time, the rationality and applicability of the scheme are verified by the field measurement and monitoring results, which provides a reference for the design and construction of such bridges.
