摘要 结合澳门澳氹第4条跨海大桥工程建造中大直径全护筒嵌岩式桩基础施工实例,在环境保护有严格要求的情况下,通过对水文地质条件、设备施工效率、成桩质量等方面综合分析并进行施工工艺选择,给出桩基施工所用钢护筒的选择、钢护筒插打、钻进成孔、桩底清孔、混凝土浇筑等工艺技术在成孔过程中遇到孤石和地质夹层问题的处理方法。 Combined with the example of the construction of large-diameter rock-socket pile with total steel casing pipe for the 4 th ocean-crossing bridge between Macao and Taipa in Macao, it has strict requirement on natural environment protection, the construction method is determined by taking into consideration and analysis of hydrogeologic condition, efficiency of construction equipment and construction quality of bore pile. It’s introduced the solution method to handle the boulder and geological interlayer during boring,including selection and construction of steel casing pipe, pile boring, dregs cleaning at the bottom of hole, concrete casting, and so on.
