近年来,随着我国建筑行业的蓬勃发展,装配式建筑凭着自身优势和作用,在整个建筑行业呈现出数量增多、规模扩大的趋势。由于装配式建筑的特殊性,工程企业在开展装配式建筑工程的过程中,应采用最新的工程管理理念和模式,促进装配式建筑工程目标的实现。基于此,论文详细分析了装配式建筑工程管理的影响因素,对工程管理的对策进行了研究,对于提升工程管理水平具有重要意义。

In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s construction industry, prefabricated buildings have shown a trend of number increasing and scale expanding in the construction industry by virtue of their own advantages and functions. Due to the particularity of prefabricated buildings, engineering companies should adopt the latest engineering management concepts and models in the process of carrying out prefabricated construction projects to promote the realization of the goals of prefabricated buildings. Based on this, this paper analyzes in detail the influencing factors of prefabricated construction project management, and carries out the research on the countermeasures of project management, which is of great significance to improve the level of project management.
